Richard Bruce Cheney is the son Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th of January 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. When Richard Bruce Cheney was 13, he and his family moved from Lincoln Nebraska to Casper Wyoming where his father worked for his position as the head of U.S. Department of Agriculture's local conservation districts.
