Jenna Fischer has become best known for her role as Pam Beesly, the character she portrayed on The Office. For her role, Jenna received two SAG Awards in Outstanding Ensemble Comedy as well as an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
Her family was based on the streets of St. Louis Missouri. Jenna was attracted by her mother's church performances when she first started out.
Fischer was a stage actress in her own country. The Off-Broadway show she starred in was the play Reasons to Be Happy, written and directed by Neil LaBute and co-starring Josh Hamilton, Leslie Bibb, as well as Fred Weller. In the Old Globe Theatre's premiere, she played opposite Greg Germann as well as Josh Stamberg in Steve Martin's absurdist comedy Meteor Shower.

It was titled Office Ladies. The show has since become extremely popular and has landed in the Top Ten every single week. Its first year, it received over 200 million downloads. Office Ladies was awarded the iHeart Radio Podcast of the Year award in January 2021.
The Actor's Life is her debut book that details the journey she took to get from St. Louis, Missouri to Hollywood which is where she discovered her calling as a professional actress. Her second, Office BFF's (co-authored by Angela Kinsey) is an autobiography of her best friend and their experience working in The Office.
